How to Submit a Complaint
If you have a complaint regarding our products or services, you may reach out to us through one of the following channels:

Required Information
To ensure we can address your complaint efficiently, please provide the following details:
Full name and contact information.
Order number or receipt (if applicable).
A clear description of the issue.
Supporting evidence, such as photos of the garment or service outcome (if applicable).
Our Resolution Process
Acknowledgment:
Our Senior service manager, Nkululeko Mahlangu will acknowledge receipt of your complaint within 48 hours of submission.
Investigation:
The senior service manager will investigate the issue thoroughly and may contact you for further information or clarification.
Resolution:
We aim to resolve complaints within 5-7 working days. Complex issues may take longer, but we will keep you informed throughout the process.
Depending on the nature of the complaint, resolutions may include alterations, replacements, or other corrective measures.
Guidelines & Limitations
Complaints must be submitted within 14 working days of receiving the garment or service.
Issues arising from improper use or care of garments (e.g., failure to follow cleaning instructions) may not be eligible for resolution.
Alterations requested outside the scope of our Service Policy or Returns Policy may not be accommodated.
