All garments are cleaned and steamed in-house before collection. If you choose to collect your garments before the cleaning process is complete, it will be at your own risk.

Dry cleaning is charged extra if requested by the client.

A minimum of two fittings is required to ensure optimal results.

Fittings are by appointment only. Walk-ins are welcome but clients with appointments are prioritized.

Shirts: Up to 4XL

Suits: Up to 60/44,

- Black & Navy: Up to 60/44

- Other Colors: Up to 56/40

A full balance payment is required before garment collection.

Delivery is at an additional charge of R18 per KM from Busanimen Studio.

If garments were purchased and, after three months, additional tailoring is required:

Customers may bring the garments back for alterations tailored to their preferences.

Alterations must align with the limitations outlined in our Service Policy (e.g., no extension of sleeve or garment length where stated).
